When considering the access of your modular canteen fast food unit take into consideration the placement within the canteen. Is the fast food unit you are purchasing sitting in the middle of the room or against the wall. If the unit is against the wall then the access would be 1 sided (single access) or if you are placing the canteen unit in the centre of the room then the access would 2 sided (dual access).
Please consider when purchasing your canteen furniture products access to your cafeteria. Will the units fit down the corridor as these products are shipped fully assembled.
We endeavour to hold stock of products, however, these are subject to availability. Please ensure you check current stocks with our office prior to placing your order. All models are available in 15 working days (including Silver frame).
We offer a tailgate delivery during normal office and within our standard delivery lead times to mainland UK, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Special delivery requirements must be discussed at the time of ordering. Outlying areas with the following post codes prefixes may incur additional charges:
AB, BN, CA, CO, CT, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, IP, IV, KA, KW, KY, LA, LL, ME... If your delivery needs to be booked this should be clearly stated at the time of ordering and a contact name and number provided.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
Notifications of shortages or damages must be advised on your delivery note at the time of delivery. You should also contact our office immediately. Delivery notes signed 'unchecked' will not be accepted.
We offer a 3 year guarantee, excepting fair wear and tear, or neglect or misuse of our furniture while in situ. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product before making any decisions regarding a possible repair or replacement.
Order cancellations and returns will not be accepted without our written consent. Goods that may be accepted for return will automatically attract a 25% restocking charge, plus the appropriate collection charges.
We cannot be held responsible for rejected items where customers have not requested colour swatches prior to ordering, or where customers have not made clear their colour requirements.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
The ownership of the goods will remain with BT Office Furniture Ltd until such time that payment has been received and cleared in full.
